Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, installing the Comply Consent SDK, or subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service between your entity ("Customer") and Comply Technologies India Private Limited.

2. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Payment

• 14-Day Free Trial: New organizations receive a 14-day free trial on the Starter or Growth tier. No credit card is charged during the trial period.
• Automated Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled before the end of the billing cycle in your dashboard.
• Invoicing & Taxes: All pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR) or USD where applicable, inclusive of GST and statutory taxes.

3. Data Protection & Processing Addendum (DPA)

When Comply processes personal data on behalf of your organization (e.g. collecting consent records or hosting your DSR portal), Comply acts as a Data Processor under GDPR Article 28 and a Data Processor under Section 8 of the DPDP Act. Our standard Data Processing Addendum is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

4. Service Level & Availability

Comply maintains an uptime target of 99.9% for our Consent SDK CDN distribution and public DSR/Grievance portals. We implement multi-region failover, rate-limiting, and daily backups.

5. Limitation of Liability

Comply provides tools and workflows to facilitate compliance with data privacy regulations. However, the use of Comply does not constitute legal counsel, and Customer remains ultimately responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws.
